Letter #2

Sweet Baby Girl,

I wanted you to have a record of this…so I thought I would write it in a letter!!!  On Valentines Day (2011), your daddy didn’t send me chocolates, didn’t buy me flowers or jewelry…now don’t get upset…because he gave me the sweetest gift!!!  He made this darling picture and wrote the most precious letter to you…it melted my heart!!!  He loves you so...and that is enough for me!

This year, 2011, for the first time in 11 years I didn't get your momma anything for Valentine's Day. "Why" you may ask when you are older?  Because we'd rather put your picture in this frame someday!

T-Shirt Mania!!!

We are so excited…We have our adoption t-shirts done and ready to order to raise money for our baby girl.  We are going to do a t-shirt blitz for the next two weeks (Ending March 5th).  Our first goal is to sell 250 shirts…selling this amount would put us in a place where we could start the adoption process.

  

We have 2 different designs, one for women and men ($25.00 each). Both designs can be ordered in youth sizes($20.00).  Also, the women’s t-shirt can be ordered in a slim or regular t-shirt cut. Women's slim fits like a junior cut shirt. Make sure you order 1-2 sizes bigger.(If a medium  slim cut shirt fits you tight order 2 sizes up...if a medium fits you regular order one size up)

 If you would like to buy a shirt refer to the right hand side of the blog.  Please take note of the add to cart buttons …one button will be for Ada orders, who will not have shipping charges…the other set is for everyone ordering out of town.  If you have any problems please let me know and we will take care of it.

Two New Bracelets!!

We just received two new "Believe in the Power" bracelets!!!  They are so pretty and colorful...they remind me of summer!!!  The other bracelets were so popular...yippee....I know these will be too!  Again, thank you for all the support...we love you and can't wait to bring our baby girl home!

Gotcha Day Video

I wanted to share with you a video of a little baby girl's Gotcha Day...when she was united with her forever family!  I love to watch this video...it helps me dream of the day when Ty and I will be with our precious baby girl!  Now, you might want to go get some kleenex...because you can't watch this precious video without crying!

Letter #1 To Our Daughter

Precious African Princess,

Today, I have had you on my mind so much…oh, how I can’t wait till the day we are together…forever!  Yesterday we had a blizzard and your brothers have been out of school for two days.  They have had the best time playing, eating, building forts, eating, going outside, eating, freezing their faces, eating…did I mention eating?  How I wish you were here with them.  I keep thinking about how, in your birth country, snow would be a sight to see!  I can’t wait for the first time I take your picture in the snow with your big brothers.  It will be so beautiful!  I pray that you love the snow…it’s so magical.  You know sweetheart, time stops when it snows.  The world grows quiet and peaceful…when you experience your first snow…my wish is that you will feel God’s love for you!!!

Well, the boys are off to go sledding with your daddy!  He is such a big kid…hopefully they make it back without any injuries.  I told them I would have the hot chocolate ready…oh, that’s another first, hot chocolate, you will love it!!!  It is sweet just like you!!!
